You don't need to drive to our depot. Our team will come to your location to pick up the vehicle. If your street is too narrow for our large car carriers, we will arrange a professional driver to bring the car to the nearest loading point safely.
We use hydraulic ramps and wheel chocks to load your car onto our carriers. The tires are locked in place using specialized heavy-duty straps (not chains, which can damage rims). Ans: For safety reasons, we do not recommend keeping personal items inside the car. Loose items can damage the interiors during transit, and insurance usually does not cover goods left inside the vehicle. However, a spare tire and jack are permitted.
Ans: Please keep the fuel tank approximately 1/4th full. This is enough for loading and unloading but keeps the weight lower for safety regulations. A full tank is a fire hazard during transport.
Ans: Delivery time depends on the distance. Typically, 500-1000km takes 3-5 days, while longer distances (like Delhi to Bangalore) may take 7-9 days. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon booking.
Ans: Your personal car insurance does not cover the car while it is being transported by a third party. Therefore, we provide Transit Insurance (Marine Insurance) specifically for the journey, which we highly recommend.
